Megan Bell, L.Ac., MSAOM
I am a PA State licensed acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist, and graduate of the Finger Lakes School of AOM. From 2016 to 2019, I received over 4,000 hours of supervised clinical training. During this time, I worked in a Chinese herbal dispensary for 9 trimesters, compounding raw and granulated Chinese herbal formulas for local patients and out-of-state practitioners.
I traveled to Hangzhou, China in April 2018 to complete 100 hours of clinical internship in acupuncture, tuina, and Chinese herbalism under the supervision of Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of TCM. Over the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of clinical environments, including hospitals, community-style clinics, private offices, home-care settings, and pop-up events.
I am passionate about serving others through the lens of Chinese medicine, to allow people to enjoy more of their moments— whether this involves enhancing performance; increasing mobility; reducing pain; resolving chronic stress and anxiety; addressing mental-emotional states; boosting reproductive and sexual health; or improving digestion, nutrient-absorption, & proper immunity. My primary concern is helping others thrive in areas of their lives which bring them meaning, purpose, value, and fulfilment. The treatment I provide is driven by the pursuit of alleviating collective & individual suffering, and is an expression of gratitude for the teachers, colleagues, & patients who have shared their knowledge & experience with me. I am committed to working with those who desire to take an active role in their own healing, one step at a time, to the benefit of themselves and those they love.
In my free time, I love being with my family, friends, and dog; spending as much time as possible outside, cycling, hiking, trail running, and camping; lifting weights; shooting film photography; seeing live music; traveling; reading; listening to podcasts; and cooking (amateurishly).
